Product use Purposes
The automatic in-line capping machine is improved by referring to international advanced models, with fast capping speed, high pass rate and easy operation. It can be applied to different bottle shaped screw caps in food, pharmaceutical, daily chemical, pesticide, cosmetics and other industries. The machine has high degree of automation, good stability, convenient adjustment, (if equipped with a cover machine, can be automatically covered) can be selected according to actual needs.
Performance characteristics
1. Touch screen, PLC intelligent control, simple operation, convenient man-machine dialogue.
2. With no bottle no cap, no bottle no capping function.
3. The machine adopts two sources of gas and electricity control.
4. The working table is protected by 304 stainless steel, and the whole machine meets GMP requirements.
